How Storage Works
When you list your RV or truck with Trail South RV, we offer free storage at one of our secure lots. As long as your rig stays active on our platform and available for rent, you don’t pay a thing.
If/when we rent it out (on a tour or as a rental), we simply deduct a small storage fee from the renter’s payment for whatever amount is owed. If it takes us 3 months to rent - you don't pay storage for that 3 months, after we rent it we take out the 3 months storage from the RENTERS payment.
You still keep the majority of your payout and never have to pay a monthly storage fee out of pocket.
Want to pick it up and take it on your own trip?
Great — you just pay any owed storage (usually $100–$250/month depending on location, sized, covered/uncovered, etc), go enjoy it and bring it back when you are ready to earn more (if storage is available).
It's the easiest, most hands-off way to turn your RV into real income.
